1What is the tool?
AI agents specialized in Saudi law. We currently offer a Companies Law agent and a Personal Status Law agent. Agents for any other law can be built on request.
2How does the agent work?
The agent works in four steps:
- It reads and analyzes the documents provided by the client.
- It analyzes the facts of the case and presents an analytical brief to the lawyer.
- It drafts memos, ready to file.
- It files the memo or pleading on Najiz.
3Output quality
- The agent operates with high efficiency and is completely free of hallucinations. It is precise in citing the relevant statutory provisions and in applying the facts to the governing provisions. The agent can also be continuously trained and improved within its field.
- The agent builds up its legal skills and expertise with every use, and its outputs can be tailored to the client’s preferences. For example, it can be trained on the client’s own memo templates so that it replicates them, or be given specific working rules.
4Client data privacy and security
- Files submitted to the agent are stored on a private virtual server (VPS), and data in transit is protected by encrypted HTTPS connections. The server is also protected by a firewall, with continuous infrastructure and network monitoring to respond to attacks.
- Data is permanently deleted from the server as soon as the case is completed. The private virtual server also provides full administrative control over the databases, which can be adjusted at the client’s request — for example, to add encryption, or to delete documents permanently and immediately without them ever being transferred to the private server, among other customizations.
- Each client is fully isolated from the others: our different clients cannot access one another’s data, documents, or conversations.
5How does the agent differ from AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, and others)?
- AI tools are general-purpose assistants designed to answer questions on a wide variety of topics, whereas the legal agent is built for a specific area of law, and its setup is designed for legal skill and legal reasoning.
- AI tools may hallucinate because they rely on general skills and general search, whereas the legal agent has the relevant laws and regulations built into its infrastructure.
- AI tools simply repeat the same answer pattern, whereas the legal agent has continuous learning and persistent memory. It develops itself legally with every case or consultation and improves its compliance with the client’s instructions — ultimately making the agent the ideal tool to replace an employee.
- The agent follows defined, consistent workflows. Its sources can be expanded (Council of Ministers resolutions, Supreme Court decisions, judicial precedents, etc.) and its procedures adjusted to the client’s needs.
- The core difference between the legal agent and AI tools lies in specialization, architecture, controls, and integrations.
6Pricing
The subscription is monthly. Current prices, including the current discount, are on the Packages page. Law offices and law firms can try the ready-made agents free of charge.
7Free trial
A free trial of any of our ready-made agents is available exclusively to lawyers and law firms. The trial lasts two weeks or 10 cases/consultations, whichever comes first. It runs on Telegram, where the agent is connected to a bot on the platform. After purchase, the interface can be customized at the client’s request into a dedicated app or platform.
